Right of withdrawal

For distance contracts, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Below you will find the withdrawal instructions and the official model withdrawal form. You can submit your withdrawal directly via the form and will receive a confirmation of receipt by email. Alternatively, any clear statement (e.g. email or letter) is sufficient.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ARENJA IT-Solutions, Rolf-Dieter-Koch-Weg 20, 45141 Essen, Deutschland, email: hello@couple-hq.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Services and digital services
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point of withdrawal. Your right of withdrawal lapses early if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and confirmed your acknowledgement that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance.
